Cloudflare I renewed my sites domain, but the status still remains expired. I submitted the first ticket, and the support told me they saw the transaction and it will be resolved. But I waited for days and nothing changed, my sites domain still remains expired. And ticket was marked resolved. And now my domain naijafavourite.com is deactivated for being expired. I believed cloudflare to be a great and well organized platform. but now i dont understand what’s going on. Please cloudflare kindly research on my transaction history, and reactivate my site. The support finally replied and told me the transaction failed I should contact my bank.
Meanwhile my card was debited and the transaction was successful on my cloudflare dashboard, the invoice was automatically deleted.
Why would the invoice be deleted if the transaction was failed.
