What support do you need?
Who told you to create the ticket and post the number here for escalation?


I had an issue in another post about my domain name and it was similar and they said put a ticket in and submit the ticket here

Renewing domain. Says I need to contact support, which I did.

Is this another domain that was allowed to expire, is now in pendingDelete and you are trying to recover it?
