I am manually trying to renew a domain, but whenever I do I get the error: “We were unable to process your payment. To keep your domain registration, update your payment method.” I confirmed my payment information is correct and even I tried a lot of different cards but none is working.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Updated my payment methods and tried a lot of different cards but none is working.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

In the manage domains page when trying to manually renew the domain.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
