I’ve received a message saying that auto-renewal of my domain was not possible.
Attempted renewal manually multiple times, with several different payment methods, still only error responses
Contacted customer service months ago, still no response (case number: 01233668)
Then, login has become an issue suddenly, randomly doesn’t accept half of the authentication codes. On top of this, now it says that I’m supposed to pay some fee for reinstating the domain. Criminal.
Since this is a billing-related matter, we’re unable to offer assistance through Community.
