For renewing my domain, unable to process payment. For updating my billing address, internal server error.
What is the issue you’re encountering
Unable to renew domain or change billing address.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried changing payment methods as well as updating billing info. Paying with PayPal also fails.
I also tried using 4 different browsers as well as trying in incognito/private browsing.
Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
I saw the notification that someone commented, but I don’t see it anymore, They asked if I had tried changing cards.
I have tried changing it from one debit card to another from a different bank, a credit card from another bank, and also deleting and redoing my PayPal account link.
PayPal is how I originally payed for the domain and I turned on auto-renew when the domain was originally purchased, auto renew failed three or four times before I started trying to manually pay.
I tried manually paying before I moved so billing address would not have been an issue at that point.
And to reclarify, I have tried multiple cards both before and after moving with no luck. Updating the billing address just gives “Internal Server Error”
When trying to renew the domain, the purchase button shows a loading/spinning icon briefly then the popup is dismissed without any alerts from Cloudflare or my bank about a failed transaction
