Domain renewal charged twice

I am charged twice for domain renewal. Initially, i got an email that my auto renewal has failed. So I renewed it manually for next 3 years but I was charged for both initial failed 1 year auto renewal and 3 years manual renewal.

Where are you seeing that you were charged? In Cloudflare or from whatever method you used to pay?

I am seeing it on the payment method i use.
