What is the issue you’re encountering
A few days ago I was trying to figure out why my emails weren’t working, and after talking with Bluehost, I found out that Cloudflare is the registrar for my domain and I needed Cloudflare to change the DNS records to point to Bluehost. But when I looked at my Cloudflare account, I no longer saw the domain in my dashboard. So after contacting the registrar, I came to find out the domain didn’t get renewed automatically as it always had and so that company released it to Cloudflare, who is now the registrar. After looking up the domain information on whois, it says “client hold/client transfer prohibited”. I’ve had this domain name for approx 20 years. How can I go about getting the domain name back and/or renewing and registering it through Cloudflare?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve sent an email for support to the email address under the Registrar Information, but haven’t heard back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
