Domain Registration To Cloudflare- would I lose my settings

I currently have a live site with domain registration thru hosting.

DNS is being managed by cloudflare.

If I transfer the domain to cloudflare, would I loose any of the settings or have any down time?

Being a live site and active emails. These things are critical.

No, as your domain is already managed by Cloudflare. You could only lose any services which might come through the domain registration itself (e.g. mail forwarding, etc.).
