Hello, i register my domain but by error I deleate it. Now i try to search for it and doesnt appear.

Hey hi, where did you register the domain?
On the other hand, if you deleted it in Cloudflare, you have to add it again before it shows up to your list.

It is not registered with cloudflare registrar, you simply added the zone to your account and then deleted it @gfdibattista, login, goto your home screen and select Add a Site and let us know what happens. After you add it, you need to change the nameservers to the two that get assigned.
