Domain registration payment not working

Unable to purchase domains, whatever payment solution I use (CC or Paypal) fails - both tested elsewhere and work.

I get the following error:
“We’re sorry, something went wrong with that. Please review your purchase details and try again, or contact support for assistance.”

I have dumped the browser cache and tried a different browser with the same outcome.

I can see the following errors in the console:
