Domain registration issue - domain shows as “Expired” despite payment

I paid for a domain and even got charged for it but It says the status for the domain has expired and the expiry date shows the day I was charged for the domain.

I suspect that is a transient (and incorrect) notice. Domain transfers & purchases seem immediate but take a while for all the systems to catch up with the change and the domain appears as expired in your dash.

If you can share the site name, I can verify the above. Sorry for the confusing message.

I see the registrar is Verisign and I do not see an expired message in your cloudflare dash but I do see a pending nameserver update.

You need to contact Verisign and asked them to disable DNSSEC and then ask them to change the nameservers to the two shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns.
