Domain registration is blocked for a few minutes

Attempting to register a .net domain fails with the following API response:

{"result":null,"success":false,"errors":[{"code":10000,"message":"Domain registration is blocked for a few minutes pending an existing request."}],"messages":["Domain registration is blocked for a few minutes pending an existing request."]}

It doesn’t seem to work after a few minutes, how long is the timeout?

It was stuck like this for a while. Used another registrar at the end.
