Hello Cloudflare Community, I recently purchased a domain through Cloudflare Registrar: :backhand_index_pointing_right: Domain: syanuestrahistoria.com :credit_card: The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I received an email saying: :envelope_with_arrow: “Registration of syanuestrahistoria.com unsuccessful.” When I check my domain status in Cloudflare, I see: :warning: “Invalid name servers” :warning: Domain status: Inactive Additionally, when I run a WHOIS check, it shows that no valid nameservers are set. :small_blue_diamond: Steps I have taken: :check_mark: Checked WHOIS – no valid nameservers appear. :check_mark: Tried updating DNS settings in Cloudflare, but the domain is still inactive. :check_mark: Waited for over 48 hours, but no changes. :light_bulb: How can I resolve this issue? Should I remove and re-add the domain? Is there a way to escalate this to Cloudflare support since the domain registration failed, even though the payment was processed? I appreciate any guidance! :folded_hands:

Yes, you can you need to select registrar as the category.. or perhaps billing.
