Hi, I’m wondering if it is possible to issue an invoice on Domain purchase with updated billing information.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve contacted support for help to issue invoice with updated information. Got an answer to that it’s not possible to change already issued invoice. However, my ask is to issue a new invoice (may just with nominal charge) so I can use it to submit to LinkedIn for Community Management API application (Migration Guide for Community Management API - LinkedIn | Microsoft Learn).
I’ve tried other approached by changing billing information and purchase a similar domain (boomlink.link) where invoice have both business information and correct email tied to correct domain ([email protected]). However, LinkedIn team doesn’t accept this and require the domain information “boomlink.ai” in the invoice.
Please help to assist with this.
