Domain Registration: API Request Failed

I get an error on the Domain Registration page:
API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts/****************************/registrar/domains (404)

Do you have International Domain name IDN?

I have the same issue, and support team says it will be fix within the next few days.

My work around was moving them to other account alone

Same here… provided authcodes, payment via PayPal was successful, but got an 502 during Transfer.
The outgoing registrar got no Transfer request, the Domains are still availabel in the Domains section to be transferable to Cloudflare (status: Paid, but not transfered)
