Domain Registrar unknown preventing transfer to Cloudflare?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to transfer a domain (carexpresso.fr) to Cloudflare, but the domain is showing “Registrar: Unknown” and the transfer button is not shown.

Anyone know how to fix this?
