What is the issue you’re encountering
I am trying to access the register domain feature which I have used since it was launched. No warnings, no service emails, no outstanding inoices. I have over 100 domains registered with Cloudflare, no trademark disoputes, no domain disputes, nothing. This is rediculus and support doesn’t exsist as a domain register waht a complete farse this is. I have to resort to a long agnany process as a domain register. I moved over a 100 domains a year go from Google and now this happens such an embarring process. Then if you submit a community post and you had written a well documented complaint to get address as the title was already used it resets your create topic, what platform does that … so I have to resort to writing a new topic wow.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
There are no steps to resolve this nonsense—no warnings, no service emails, nothing. I’m now considering moving my domains away from this incapable registrar, as their lack of customer support for domain management is unbelievable. Even though I’m not a fan of GoDaddy, at least they offer immediate assistance via call, email, or live chat for system issues.
