What is the name of the domain?

There is no error message… when you go to https://roofingontop.com it shows our old Wordpress site… when you go to https://www.roofingontop.com it shows the correct site.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have reached out to kajabi and they pointed me to yall… here is what they said… you can set up a domain redirect in Cloudflare to direct your non www URL to the www.roofingontop.com URL. I dont know how to do this or what to redirect to.

Ok, let’s try to make this as simple as can be.

First, some prep work:

  1. Select this domain in your Cloudflare dashboard (if you have multiple domains) and navigate to the DNS page (left navigation menu). Here you’ll see a table with your domain’s existing DNS records.

  2. Scroll down till you see a row with Type: A, Name: roofingontop.com (ie your domain), Content: 45.40.144.49 and click Edit (far right on the row)

  3. Change the Content field to 192.0.2.1

  4. Click the button to toggle on “Proxy Status” (This should make it change from :grey: DNS Only to :orange: Proxied)

  5. Click the Save button to save this row of DNS record.

With the prep work done, let’s set the redirection itself:

  1. Navigate to the Rules page (left navigation menu). Here you’ll see various “Template”

  2. Look for the “Redirect from Root to WWW” template and click “Create a Rule”.

  3. Make any desired change on the Redirect Rules screen that appears and hit “Deploy”.

Note that you don’t have to make any change to the redirection rule template in #3 above: this template is crafted to automagically redirect all URLs beginning with https://roofingontop.com/ to the corresponding URL beginning with https://www.roofingontop.com/.

For example, the URL https://roofingontop.com/nonprofit should automagically redirect to https://www.roofingontop.com/nonprofit

Next, test, test, test!

If the redirection doesn’t work immediately, test from a new Guest/Private/Incognito window. If it still doesn’t work, please report here so I can test myself for you.
