That looks like a typo, and is a nonexistent domain.

Since that site is working well on Cloudflare, if you want that domain registration handled by Cloudflare, you can enter the Domain Registration section at dash.cloudflare.com
That will bring up a screen that shows you domains you can register here.

It should be seamless unless Namecheap messes it up. In which case you’ll have to open a Cloudflare support ticket to re-point the name servers to Cloudflare.
So…if you see the name servers get reset during transfer: Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
