Domain purchasing and transfer support - Requires a Pro account - Yes/no?

Hi,
I have a few domains (maybe only 30) that I’d like to get off Godaddy.

However, and while I’m not opposed to paying the $25 bucks a month (just not cashed up this moment), I see that domain registration and transferring require the PRO subscription for support.

Do I have this correct?

Free accounts have access to open Registrar tickets and get support for registrar and billing issues.

You don’t get tech support via email or tickets though. Only registrar and billing.

Cloudflare is an at cost registrar. It is what it is. Unlikely that a pro subscription would make any difference for issues with the registrar.
