What is the issue you’re encountering

So I’m using Hostinger as my host/website builder, but its been over 24 hours now and my nameservers won’t update

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have no idea what to do. Nothing I’ve found on either site seems to be helpful at all. I’m still a novice when it comes to domains, etc. but I don’t think I’m actually dumb.

Just look at the DNS nameservers? I don’t know

You can’t change the nameservers of a domain registered with Cloudflare registrar, as is indicated at the time of purchase.

Instead point to your hosting using A/AAAA/CNAME records in your Cloudflare DNS. Ask you host for the records to use.

Okay, actually, if you could dumb that all the way down, I’d appreciate it ha.
Is that something that I can change within my Cloudflare ui, or through the host?

Get the IP address or CNAME for your hosting from Hostinger. Then enter them into the Cloudflare DNS as here…
