I purchased a new domain - aidnd.io
- from Cloudflare on Feb 18. Invoice number CFUSA6316766.
It shows up as registered with NameBright and I never registered with this service.
Did Cloudflare sell me an already active domain?
If not, how do I update my DNS?
If so, how do I get a refund?
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
The whois shows no mention of NameBright and the creation date matches your timeframe.

This tutorial covers adding general DNS records and specifically A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records.
Go to the DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard.
Enter your credentials and click ‘Log In’
Click the domain in question

Strange. In the overview, it lists NameBright as the registrar. Perhaps a bug?
I can’t seem to find a spot to update the nameservers until Cloudflare recognizes it’s the registrar. I have a support ticket 2712249 out. I got the automated response:
You said you purchased a .io
domain, but your subsequent screenshots reference a .com
domain.

You are correct.
In my brainlessness, I plugged the .com into the Cloudflare sites interface, and the .io was the site I purchased.
