Domain purchased at Go Daddy with its default name servers is showing up in my port

What is the name of the domain?

spacesexxx.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

This domain does not appear to be registered with Cloudflare, nor is it DNS pointing to Cloudflare, so I am unclear how it’s making its way into our portal. I’m unable to delete because it says it’s registered via Cloudflare, but it’s not listed in the manage domain area

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried to delete the site from the portal, but it says I can’t because it’s been registered via Cloudflare when in fact it has not been. I’ve verified that the domain on Go Daddy is still showing. It’s using its default name server, it is not using cloud servers. MX toolbox shows DNS --Your DNS hosting provider is “GoDaddy”
Cloudflare shows DNS set up is full.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Nameservers

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

When I look at domain registrations managed domains, I am unable to see the domain.
When I go to the DNS tab, it’s listed as one of the websites.

Was the domain previously added to Cloudflare? Some Cloudflare nameservers resolve for the domain…

Either way, as you say, the domain isn’t registered with Cloudflare so you should be able to delete it. Seems something is wrongly flagged if the dashboard thinks the domain is registered with Cloudflare.

As the nameservers aren’t pointing to Cloudflare, you can wait and see if it clears itself when the domain is removed and purged. If not, you may need to raise a support ticket for someone to poke the back end.
