This domain was purchased from you and its not showing under my domain list + It still under Pending list. I presume it should be a seamless process because your are the registrar of this domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have written so many places on Cloudflare but no one is responding or rectifying the problem

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am reproducing because of no action from your end

If they are not coraline and tony, but are guy and lovisa instead, then raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket here…
