Domain problem cloudflare is not active completely

I am facing an issue regarding Cloudflare DNS connectivity. my domain is www.springpointsports.com but Cloudflare is active on springpointsports[.]com (not including www). I want to use the full domain
https://www.springpointsports[.]com

Have you tried searching on the error message? ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
