Cloudflare can’t transfer to Cloudflare?
I have transfer code, but I found “Not an active zone”, what mean?

Hi @haer0248, the zone first needs to be active on Cloudflare before you can move the domain name to Cloudflare registrar service. This article may shed some light on the process, https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/201720164. I think you’ll want to follow the steps from “Add a domain to Cloudflare”. Please post back and let us know how it’s going.

It needs to be active in the account that you want to transfer it to. You can move it to the second account following these instructions:
