What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Register a .ai domain name on Cloudflare.
  2. View the registered domain information on who.is.
  3. Note the registrant information (PII) exposed.
  4. Log on into the Cloudflare account having registered the .ai domain.
    4.1. Access the “Manage {domain}” view.
    4.1.1. Click “Configuration”.
    4.1.2. Note that the “Unlock” button to “Transfer to another registrar” is disabled.
    4.1.3. Hover over “Unlock” button and note the message “Domain created within the last 60 days”.

Without knowing your domain name, as per the Cloudflare Registrar documentation, you can transfer out to another registrar after the 60 days period:
