Domain Pointing Issue

I have been struggling to point my domain to a certain address for my site to be active but i have failed.

there is a guide i got from them: Connect your site or store to your own domain
but still I can’t get it right, can someone please help me?

It looks correct, but due to CNAME Flattening, it points straight to the IP address of that bitrix24 server.

Two suggestions:

1. Set kiriza.co.tz to and see if that fixes it. If not, try #2:
2. Set your “Own Domain” to www.kiriza.co.tz and make a CNAME for that
