My Domain have been pending for over 24 hours i have added it before and it was working then i removed it by mistake and added it again but now it’s have been pending for more than 24 hours last time it took like 3 hours
As a result, your Cloudflare nameservers will have changed. Check the 2 nameservers set at the bottom of your DNS page here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records
…and ensure those are set at your registrar.
If not that, what is the domain name?

i did setup new one here is my domain wavyi.com
julio and olga where your previous 2 nameservers, seems you have changed the nameservers back to Cloudflare in the past day back to these two.
Double check at the bottom of the DNS page that those are still the 2 nameservers Cloudflare gives you to set for your domain. If you deleted the domain from Cloudflare they likely will have changed.

i have deleted the domain and readded it but when i added it i saw the the nameservers when i was setting up the domain

Your recent screenshot shows your domain as wavy.com. Your earlier one showed a domain name of wayvi.com. Which one is your domain?

When you add the correct spelling, you will receive a new pair of namseververs like @sjr mentioned earlier. You will need to update your registrar with the new pair, replacing the ones currently there.
