Domain passes through Cloudflare twice

Site is located on an old Cloudflare account to which access has been lost. Now I have created a new one, but when I try to launch the site, I get an Error 1000 error because Cloudflare automatically pulled up the old account’s IP. Thus, it turns out that the domain passes through Cloudflare twice (((((

Do you know the IP address of your origin server? If so, edit the DNS A record in the account that you can access so that the value of the record is the IP address of your origin server. There may be other records you’ll need to recreate like page rules, but let’s start with the A record.

Can you share the name of the domain?

Specified hosting records but the problem has not gone away. Found a tip somewhere that just specifying server IP is not enough because 2 accounts are looking at the same IP and domain. Therefore, must change the IP of the host and only then should work (((

The IP value for the A record is an IP that belongs to cloudflare, that should be the IP address of your origin server.

Can you share a link to that tip? I am not certain what that means :frowning:

Was this domain active on cf on a different account by any chance?

The domain was added to Cloudflare by a person who worked for the company and did not transfer all the necessary access after leaving.

ok, you really need to find out

I changed the server. I entered the new IPs and the problem ended. Thank you for your prompt response and attempt to help. By the way, I also found recommendations for changing IPs among your tips for another thread. Thank you!
