Kindly, if you used eZoic integration, please be aware that any changes you want to make you ahve to do it through their interface, not by using Cloudflare dashboard.

Using eZoic interface, try to temporary Pause Cloudflare or re-check your SSL settings.
Was your Website working over HTTPS before moving to eZoic/Cloudflare integration?
I see 301 is going to 404 and it’s being redirected via Namecheap?
Kindly, re-check if you have got any option for URL Forwarding at your Namecheap dashboard for your domain name and disable it:
