What is the error message?

Access to www.purenergylife.com was deniedYou don’t have authorisation to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot access website

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Website was working fine until today. I only went in this morning to create a Rule for Redirect, and this worked fine and the rule was successful. I then got a message that my site’s security certificate is not trusted, after trying to post a link with a subfolder. So I attempted to upgrade to an advanced certificate, thinking that this would help. After I did this, my entire website is down and not accessible via this domain and I’m not sure what to do… :(. I deleted the advanced certs that i created hoping this would go back to the way it was but it’s still not working.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Currently only https://purenergylife.thinkific.com is working

NONE with my purenergylife domain is working at all

Those are two different sites.

purenergylife.com is giving an nx domain error.

Why? Because you do not have a dns record pointing to purenergylife.com

www.purenergylife.com is giving a 1014 error. Why? The value of your www dns record points to a domain that is part of the Cloudflare network. The www record is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is not allowed by Cloudflare’s security policy.

Not sure I understand what it means that it’s configured across accounts - I only have the one account unless I’m understanding it incorrectly ?

I only see purenergylife.com in the account you are using here. Is thinkific.com your domain as well? It’s not in the account you are using here.

Yes I have purenergylife.thinkific.com from the Thinkific platform I’m on. I use Cloudflare because I don’t want the Thinkific brand within my domain when users go to my website. So I created the CNAMES to map this and that worked fine for me.

It’s since I upgraded to advanced certificates that everything went down. I didn’t change anything with my CNAME records and had only added a Redirect Rule, in which I’ve now removed and still I’m getting errors and purenergylife.com doesn’t work.

Check the content of the CNAME to ensure it’s pointing where you want it to point.
