What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Reviewed DNS and redirects and I cannot tell if there are any issues with what I have setup.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Search Tinsel Traditions on google and found our website is showing as https://tinseltraditions.com and now with the www. When I got to www.tinseltraditions.com it also drops the www and goes only to TinselTraditions.com. How can I add back the www like every other website?

www.tinseltraditions[.]com is a CNAME to shops.myshopify.com. From there it appararently redirects to https://tinseltraditions[.]com

so the browser (and presumably Google) do what you (or whoever has configured it like that) is telling it to do.

I suspect you should check with shopify (assuming this is your hoster) and fix it there, because DNS-wise there’s nothing you can do.
