Domain not showing up in registrar transfer

1. Is it normal that the domain is not showing up in registrar?
   

   

2. Is it normal that the domain doesn’t have a valid registration?

I believe this is the issue. Typically, you can’t transfer within 60 days.

It’s valid; Cloudflare just doesn’t have data to show for that registrar ID number.
