Unable to add my domain on Cloudflare. It says domain is not registered yet.
I registered the domain and added NS (provided by hosting service) like 2-3 days ago.
I literally checked first 10-15 results on Google regarding this issue - no luck.

the not a registered domain error is not the most informative of our error messages…I suspect we are displaying that catchall reply as we do not see responsive name servers. at the moment, they seem to be propagating
Get that cleaned up, and even more ideally get a working site with ssl set up and you will not have an issue adding the site to cloudflare.

I live in Europe and site is available here so obviously NS is propagated but lookup tool says it’s not propagated.
That is a question for your domain registrar. There are a number of icann holds on the domain, we have seen instances where those seem to twart the nameserver change to cloudflare. Do you have a change of nameservers in process with your registrar?
Are these the default nameservers?

If so, I’d ask your registrar to remove the holds, see if there is any other issue on their end that is preventing propagation from showing as complete.

As @cloonan already wrote, you should really get your site working on SSL first.
I changed my hosting provider (ie; nameservers changed).
That seems to magically fix the issue. So obviously issue was with my nameservers.
Did you fix your security issue?
Now that domain is on Cloudflare, I will verify domain by adding CNAME and add SSL certificates.
Adding SSL certificate have nothing to do with the original issue though. Issue was my nameservers not being able to resolve proper SOA.
Just make sure the encryption mode is Full Strict.
