Domain not getting resolved with some telecom operators in Saudi Arabia

One of our domains scnv.io is not getting resolved for STC telecom provider but is getting resolved for Zain Telecom provider.

With STC, if we change system settings and add Cloudflare DNS resolver(1.1.1.1), it resolves correctly.

We checked DNSSEC and it looks fine. (https://dnssec-debugger.verisignlabs.com/scnv.io)

We checked both telecom provider on same system, hence it’s not a system issue. Also, we checked for both Safari and Chrome, hence it can’t be browser issue.

Let me know if you feel anything which could cause this?

Same question and domain asked here…

Yes, we have narrowed down the issue to the telecom provider level. Also, changing the system setting and forcing users to use Cloudflare DNS(1.1.1.1) seems to resolve the issue. Any idea how to proceed further?

Looking at the original thread, the poster there said works when the site is proxied and is a problem with your server’s IP address. That plus…

…means you need to talk to the Telecom operator, or use the Cloudflare proxy.

We have been reaching out to the telecom provider for multiple days but they are replying with generic answers. Unfortunately, due to our requirements, we can’t use Cloudflare proxy.

As it’s not a Cloudflare issue (and Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 or using the proxy actually works round it), you can only hope to resolve it with the telecom provider.
