I have close to 40 domains registered with you. One of them is divephoto.guide. According to whois it is registered with you. But it does not appear in my list of domains, and i keep getting emails from you saying that the renewal is failing.
I’ve checked with my bank, all is ok, and you haven’t tried to renew. I cannot access it’s control panel and it doesn’t appear in my dashboard. Please help.

I see the whois and that the domain is registered at Cloudflare. There does seem to be an issue with the nameservers, though.

Thanks…but that’s the problem…I can’t select my domain name, as it’s not listed, therefore cannot raise the support ticket
Understood, can you select a different domain and put at the top of the ticket the domain it relates to, or send an email (from the email address on your account) to [email protected].
