What is the issue you’re encountering

registered a domain on December 29, 2024, around 17:00 GMT. However, it’s not showing up in my account, even though I can see the charge on my credit card. I know the phone number, name, and address associated with the domain, and I’m fairly sure I used the correct email. The odd part is that when I log into my account and go to the “Domain dashboard,” I briefly see the domain flash on my screen for less than a second before getting an error message that says, “This domain is already registered.”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • I’ve tried logging in with every email address I know, just in case I used the wrong one.
  • I used the “Forgot your email?” feature on the domain but never received any emails.
  • I submitted two support tickets: 01342206 and 01344130, but I haven’t heard back on either.

Did you create a Cloudflare account directly, or did you maybe login using iCloud or something else?
