Domain not appearing in CloudFlare Dashboard

Ok so I’ve setup a new CNAME setup on my site via the cpanel plugin which is offered by my hosting provider. From what I can tell it seems to have worked, but my domain is not appearing on my CloudFlare dashboard when I log in.

My old one is setup exactly the same and that is, but for whatever reason my new .com domain is not. Ticket ID is #2214070 if anyone can help.

Is this a common problem? I’ve waited over 24 hours now and still nothing…

If you check whois.com for this new domain, does it use the same two name servers as your current domain(s)? They usually do, but not 100%.

Thanks for your reply - yes they do, they’re hosted on the same hosting account.
