What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

The Name Servers I entered at the old registrar are not pointing to Cloudflare.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have disabled DNSSEC at the old registrar.
I have confirmed that the name servers are correct and there are no other ones listed.
I followed the same procedure that I did for 29 other domains I transferred and they all worked fine.

This usually means either…

• you have misspelt the domain when adding it to Cloudflare, or
• you haven’t selected a plan (the domain status will be showing as “Setup”)

Oh my gosh! This has been bugging me for days but there it is: throrroclean.com instead of thorroclean.com. It was simply a typo! Thanks so much for encouraging me to recheck.
