Does cloudflare host domain names? I just moved my website hosting from bluehost to another provider but that provider does not also host domain names. They told me I might be able to host my domain name with cloudflare. If so, how do I initiate that process please?

Whois privacy is enabled for all domains on Cloudflare Registrar, without needing to enable anything.
