Domain Name DNS hijacked, but DNS settings normal?

One of my sites is being DNS hijacked. It shows active in Cloudflare, and the nameservers appear right on my domain registrar’s site.

But if I go to whatismydns.com and search for the NS records for that domain, they come up as “dns101.registrar-servers.com” instead of one of the Cloudflare ones. Similarly, if I search A records, it comes up with some IP that isn’t mine.

How do I even get to the bottom of this with Cloudflare appearing to work just fine?

Nevermind, someone stole my API key! That’s why it appeared normally.
