Hello, I have just discovered few hours ago that my domain mulungi.uk, registered for 10 years through Cloudflare is no longer showing in the Cloudflare registrar dashboard.
I wanted to transfer in a different domain name and that is how I saw my domain name show up among those eligible from those whose DNS is in my account.
I still have DNS access to this domain in cloudflare and DNS look up shows my Cloudflare nameservers. I also use it for email with no issues.
A WHOIS search shows that the current registrar is eNom. However, I have never transferred out this domain. I have checked my emails and no such email exists for this domain. No notification at all for this domain transfer.
I have gone to eNom and their website says that domain is not registered with them.
I can porove ownershipof this domain as I have access to the email address used for purchase and the receipt showing the 10 years, plus the whois data that was there before it disappeared.
I am now very confused and do not know what to do.

The domain is resolving and is active on Cloudflare. If Enom says they don’t have the domain registration then something is odd. Perhaps contact Nominet (the .uk registry) to see if there’s an issue with the record. You can raise a Registrar Cloudflare support ticket if you want to ask Cloudflare if they see anything.
Thank you for ythis. I have also just looked at the RDAP data and saw the date being 30/11/2023.
I have also looked at the Cloudflare logs, they show the domain was transfer unlocked twice on 30/11/2023, but there is no log for the actual transfer. The other domains I transferred out show the logs for the transfer.
I have created an account with nomineyt nusing the email address that was on the WHOIS data at that time (I use same email for all my domains), the Nominet account automatically showed my other two .uk domains, mulungi.uk didn’t show up. So I am assuming that email on whois was also chnaged.
I have now contacted Cloudflare, Enom and Nominet waiting for a reply to see what went wrong.
UPDATE: I have paid £12 to Nominet for a tag change. It has now been chnaged to Cloudflare, waiting for my name to be added back.
I will now mark this as solved, for now.
