Domain migration from Namecheap and it won't propagate

Hi guys, totally lost and confused been reading and trying to fix this all week. I’ve migrated a domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare called cateredwebsites dot com and it won’t propagate I’ve waited days and it’s just getting so complicated trying to find out what is wrong using tools.

Are you getting the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS?

I clicked on that error and got

Hello cloonan, yes I am getting error_too_many_redirects and I can’t log into the site. The domain name is cateredwebsites.com

cloonan, close this ticket I just switched the DNS back to Namecheap I’m hosting the site with Gridpane and I was reading about how they handle SSL and you need a paid account for the Cloudflare integration that’s 100 Dollars a month so that’s impossible I’ve no money LOL trying to get the business going on a shoe string budget …
