Domain lost in between 2 Cloudflare accounts

I deleted my domain on my person Cloudflare account and added it on my new Business Cloudflare account. The new DNS servers have been added to the DNS config. But the DNS settings are not getting active after 24 hours. Also in billing setting, I have no product. There should be a Domain product. So now Emails do not work, I cannot confirm my buiness account and the DNS settings are not working either …
