What is the issue you’re encountering

I purchased a domain from cloudflare through Apple for custom domain email usage and it is telling me to change my nameservers, yet the nameservers are 1 to 1 with the ones that are in my DNS settings. Now i cannot find the domain on the ICANN lookup tool.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to follow the basic steps in the overview page. I can clarify more on this upon request.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1. Purchase a domain through icloud on cloudflare.
2. Set up the domain for email usage (add the required dns records for icloud mail usage.
3. verify that DNSSEC is off

Here is the result from using the ICANN lookup tool. This didn’t happen when i registered the domain initially.

The domain is not showing as registered. You will need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to ask for help.
