When I search my domain everything appears as it should but when I google the business the domain showing is not the new domain linked with cloudflare. Is this a DNS related issue? I was thinking I need to add a new record?

This would be related to Google Search and how it has indexed your site, rather than anything to do with DNS + Cloudflare, if your site is functioning when going to https://innovative-roofing.com/ or https://www.nnovative-roofing.com/ - then it wouldnt be a DNS related issue.
