Domain is still locked, even if the 60 days lock period has passed

I need to transfer one of my domains to another registrar. But it is still locked in even if the 60 days lock period has passed.

I updated the whois information of this domain on 15-02-2023. It is 16-04-2023. The domain should have been unlocked by now. But it is still locked.
