Domain is now at redemption period and i can not renew

I have the following domain josephcoiffuremariano[dot]com in Redemption Period but i cannot renew from the dashboard and also i don’t have an answer from support from 2 days ago. Is there something i can do to get back my domain?

What error are you getting when you try to renew it? Is it a billing error?

No, the domain appers in the dashboard and auto renew is on, if i click on the “manage” button i have a 404 error and there is no way to renew from the dashboard.
