What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

We have checked the Cloudflare dashboard and found that the NS records listed for the domain are “steven.ns.cloudflare.com” and “brynne.ns.cloudflare.com”. However, the issue is that the domain is not resolving to any IP address or DNS records when we check the dig result for the domain using the mentioned nameservers. Since the domain is not resolving to any IP address, we cannot change the nameservers without causing downtime for the domain. Why is the domain not resolving with Cloudflare nameservers?
